Can i feed my chinese water dragon pinky's?

I have a Chinese Water Dragon and it`s approx jst over a year old. I feed it Mealworms, Crickets & Locusts, and fresh fruit and veg. I was wonderin can it eat pinky`s and earthworms aswel? Would be so grateful if any of u could get bk 2 me with the answers im lookin 4. Many Thx 2 ya all, take care Maria xx
