Yes dude. You can get your license anywhere in Georgia that has a dmv regardless of where you live in GA. You think people in small towns with no dmv never get their license? Oh and btw I took both my permit test and drivers test in Griffin. If you're just getting your learner's permit, there's no easy way out. The questions are generic. Drivers license tests, however, are a different story.
