Should I apply for this teaching job?

My daughter was in similar situation and she opted to be close to her kids. I doubt if the tenure issue will affect you as math teachers are in great demand. Do not apply unless you are ready to take the job as you are correct, it might ruin your possibility of getting hired in the future. Good luck!
