Can you buy alcohol after sunday/midnight in georgia?

Well i m not local but i find think question funny.I didn t know there are restrictions .Here in asia we can buy anytime in the day or night...there are those small shops open 24 hours..like 7eleven.OK...etc..and there they sale alcohol as well.Since u ask this question i assume there u can t find such shops..sorry can t help!
