Should I feed out my cockatiel chicks or let the parents?

Let the parents feed them till they stop . they regurgitate the food so the babies can digest it easily. When they start eating on their own you can then hand feed them with treats made for their species. That is unless you've figured out how to regurgitate. If so you could probably make a mint teaching people in the bird business.
