Gears of war 3 beta how to quit without losing points the game is over and it goes directly to a new game?

i wanted to stop like an hour ago but when you quit you loose points i just became a level 12 and then i went to the main lobby when is was about to start a new game and another time i left when the game was over after 3 rounds and the locust won and it gave me my points and stuff so i went to lobby then i came back latter and it said quiting penalty - 2000 points so how to stop the game without quiting i wish it was like all the other matchmaking games where it has like a post game and pre game it just goes into game to game and how to tell epic games to make that better so people don't have to deal with that crap
