Who gets the toy, me or my little brother... please answer asap?

On christmas day my family went out shopping and me and my little bro bought the halo mega bloks locust+gauss warthog. He paid 11.00 and I paid 21.00 but we keep fighting over it. None of us wanna share it so we need to know who gets it.
