What goes on at a emergency custody hearing and what are my chances of going home?

February 23rd me and my sister (i'm 16 , shes 7. ) were taken from my mom and placed in the care of my grandma. They set a hearing for march 9th but it postponed due to paper work not being completed yet , so they just set up visitation that day. There is another hearing the 15th of this month. My mom has been cleared off all allegations through children services and her case was closed. I'm being told that children services isn't a big part of the decision on where we stay. My sister and I both want to return to my mother , and i was just curious what happens at these hearings and if my chances of going home are good. This is in Ohio.
