Can kidney problems lead to erectile problems?

Two weeks ago I could have external sex with my fiance and it was fantastic. she is a virgin so we waited till we were married to have all out sex. Now we are on our honeymoon and I either can't get erect or stay erect. When I can get erect I ejaculate so quickly and immediately loose my erection and its all over because I can't recover for a long time. I have had some kidney infections and they are now hurting again. Could kidney problems be causing my sexual problem?
