Do Republicans understand how broken our healthcare system is?

Nope, they're either too rich to care, or too sociopathic and un-empathetic to see that they need to care. You can't stay healthy forever. Unless you're in the top 5% wealthiest, you're only one disease or chronic condition away from bankruptcy. Insurance companies can drop you if you cost them enough money.
