How long does the social security payment processing center usally take ?

I know there is no certain amount of time, I had a wreck April 11, 2002 loss left eye couldn't walk for a while got diagnosised with congestive heart failure,enlarged heart, diabetes,sleep apena, clinical depression, high blood pressure and restless leg syndrome, I take 19 pills 1 shot and sleep under a c-pap machine. I fought tooth and nail after years of doctors, hospitals, denials and hearings I finally got approved . I went to a hearing in the middle of Aug 2010, seven months later March 11, 2011 thank God I get a fully favorable that said I should get an award letter within 60 day it's been 90 days and no letter no check. Local S.S says its at social security payment processing center and don't know when it will be released . Lawyer say he can only get the same info that I get. Maybe I should have been a drug dealer instead of ex correctional office, national guardsman, police was a truckdiver when I had wreck (not my fault). Does it 6 months? a year? or what? to get a check from the payment processing center. Thanks for any and all help sorry if I sound angry really just flustrated.
