Should the Islamic community share any of the responsibility for Islamophobia in the US?

No unless common teachings were being taught in a way that could be easily misunderstood. I am a christian and I don't think we should be held officially responsible for the many right wing radicalists. However, I believe that is God's responsibility and the radicalists own responsiblity because we have a right to our religion. However, our religion teaches us to be personally responsible so that those who have influence, use their influence responsibly. I am sure there is something similar probably in the muslim faith.
