Baby savannah monitor won`t eat ?

baby savannha stoed eating after he ate a pinkie and after a minute he vommited again .why?he was eating 2 pinkies daily plus crickets u locust . In the viv the temps are 40c busking spot u 30 est over the viv !! thanks
