It's more than likely impacted earwax. You can go to the doctor and have them stick some tweezers in your ear and peel it out, but you can also probably go through a few hydrogen peroxide sessions. Poor a little hydrogen peroxide in your ear every couple of hours and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before flushing it out with warm water. If after a day or two of doing that it doesn't get any better I'd recommend going to the doctor.
